This site is an attempt to create the website I wish I had after my breakup.
Useful resources, clear advice and direction, and helpful tips.
Somewhere to start processing.
And to share the things that helped me.
This site is not a substitute for professional psychological help and I am not a trained psychologist.
Use of any information is at your own responsibility and risk.
Q: Can I support this work?
A: If you like my work, please consider donating to a charity.
Q: How is this website curated?
A: I post resources I think are helpful. I won't post anyone telling you to try get your ex back, or taking advantage of people going through breakups.
Q: What about the science of breakups?
Not every helpful article on feelings and emotions has a scientific outlook, but I won't put up anything antithetical to evidence-based resources (e.g. astrological advice).
Many psychologists still refer to the five stages of grief model from Elisabeth Kübler-Ross. The book The Grieving Brain sets out where this idea comes from and the issues with it.
Q: Where is site design from?
A: I made this website on Google Sites. All images are from an AI image generator.
Q: Tell me about your breakup
A: I've had two. They hurt and took time to heal. But healing comes.
